With so many mineral makeup products available, why do you choose to sell only Mineralogie products? |

Mineralogie uses only the finest quality ingredients. There are no added dyes, talcs, or fragrance. Mineralogie has the highest sun protection available in a foundation. It has been rated by the FDA as very water resistant with an SPF 26. We chose to sell only Mineralogie cosmetics since we found that the majority of the satisfied customers had switched to Mineralogie from an inferior product. |

I have allergies and have not been able to wear makeup. Are minerals a better option for me? |

Minerals are better for those with sensitive and acneic skin. Since Mineralogie uses ingredients that are proven to be healthy for the skin, we find that most people can wear our makeup without any problem. Keep in mind that skin allergies can be hereditary and can vary in different regions of the country. Your best bet is to wear the makeup for a day to check how your skin reacts.
*Tip: When trying out new foundation, use your normal skin care products. Unfamiliar skin products may cause a reaction of their own! |

I prefer more coverage in makeup. Can I get the coverage I am looking for? |

Minerals provide excellent coverage. Mineralogie offers a variety of makeup brushes that allow you to control the coverage. Use the press and pat technique to layer on the foundation. Your end result is a more opaque finish that does not feel heavy. |

I have tried other mineral foundations and they make my oily skin look shiny and my pores larger. How will your product work for me? |

The sheen in other products is the cause of the shiny appearance and accentuated pores. Mineralogie foundations are more matte and wear exceptionally well on oily skin. When your natural oils break through, blot with a tissue. Most clients tell us that the makeup resets after blotting and they rarely need to touch up. If pores are still visible, press the skin with a damp sponge or brush to settle the foundation. |

I have dry mature skin. Powder accentuates my lines; will minerals work differently on my skin? |

Powder has talc and other fillers that tend to settle into lines. Minerals adhere differently to the skin and give a dewy appearance. Use the proper moisturizer 10 minutes before applying your minerals. |

Mineral makeup can be messy if you are not using the proper techniques and brushes. For instance, large dome style brushes tend to pull foundation into the base of the brush and throw it everywhere during application. Flatter, layered styled brushes allow you to press, pat and glide the product onto the skin without wasting the product or making a mess. |
