We guarantee your satisfaction with the products you receive from Mineral Makeup Source. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly give you "store credit" to be used on the web site with no questions asked. Just follow these simple guidelines:
- Within 30 days of your purchase, send an e-mail to cservice@MineralMakeupSource.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Your e-mail should contain the original Order Number from your receipt and a list of the item(s) to be returned, as well as the reason for the return. (We ask this only so that we can improve our products and service. The return will be processed regardless of your reason for returning.)
- If you wish to exchange the product for a different shade, please include this information in the return request.
- Within three business days, Mineral Makeup Source will respond to your e-mail with an RMA email. The RMA email will include your Return Authorization Number. Print out this RMA email to be included with your shipment to us.
- Package the item(s) to be returned in the original shipping box. Include the printed RMA email in the box. Returns without the printed RMA email cannot be processed.

- Upon receipt of your shipment, we will issue you a gift certificate number.
What Is Refunded?
On all returns, Mineral Makeup Source will refund the full price of the returned item in the form of store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns. We will also refund any difference in shipping costs that would result had the returned item not been ordered.
If the return is necessary due to an error by Mineral Makeup Source, we will also refund the shipping costs necessary for you to send the product back to us in the form of a coupon for store credit to be used on the website.
Trial Size Products
We make Trial Sizes available for many of our products to help you determine the best colors and shades for your skin prior to placing a larger order. Unfortunately, trial-size products are not returnable.
